Statement Note

I just want people to see a few statements I have made generally to some of the departments involved. And there are a couple more bits to add to the viewers insight into some of the proof I have. I have lots more ready one day to all be exposed. The purpose is a just cause. It is NOT vengeance or something negative. There are many things that I could have done if that were the case. I hope you see in all of this. It is to try and bring about a change by at the very least exposing it. The kind of information about me now and to be added later (let alone any one else) doesn’t exactly give me a great street credibility. But then its not about making myself look good.

Another example of this is I haven't had a (proper) Relationship all through these times for about twelve years. Yes I didn't have sex and I wasn't celebrate. Not by choice anyway. I am in full working order believe it or not. OK my heads not. But There are many reasons why this is. Avoidance for one and its easier to start and harder to stop especially if you leave it too long. Which I will go into another time. Now that bit of information makes a couple of things insinuated about me on my medical records even worse. Its sick what some can write about you on your records that you may never see or know. And even when you do having it put write when your vulnerable just doesn’t seem to happen. But I will not stop until it does and those responsible have to answer for it. This is all about my rights, our rights. Nothing more.

A Statement to a Charity about my case

I would just like to say the reason I have Blanked out this Charities name is because I do not want people to think I am just attacking anyone and everyone. This well known Charity does a lot of good work. I acknowledge that. But as I said to its local manager it has failed me with this one and the most important issue I faced. But I hope one day to not have this blanked out and receive a letter from their main office (who I have not contacted as yet) to say they will make changes so the victim comes first. And more will be done in future to help that person even if that meant helping them get legal advice that then sadly meant taking the health service to court. But also very importantly they should not accept that it must be the person who is wrong and the NHS who is right without any further evidence to support that. And the person must have a chance with an open mind to show or tell his or her story. I do not believe this happened in my case. Sadly. But I want to be constructive.

A Solicitors Statement

This is not the first time I have come across the law protecting the strong and failing the vulnerable. I have blanked out the solicitors because their hands are tied by an unjust law. This law must be changed it only serves the guilty at the moment.

No Criminal Record

I'm not saying I'm Perfect but I would like to know by some what my true crime has always been? And a picture some have painted about me just is not true and the evidence shows this.

Important note:

NONE of the letters on this website from GP's are from my current GP Practice. I have attended several since. My last GP practice was not involved in any of the things I wrote about on this website, ALL of which happened years BEFORE I went to that GP practice. But sadly it is true that things did not improve. And as of June 2015 I had to change and start at a new practice, and I hope things will improve.

I BELIEVE in the NHS. In May 2014, while having to undergo a procedure at Winchester Hospital I was frightened, and an NHS Nurse gently squeezed my hand. This is what the NHS and staff are all about, care and compassion. Also in June 2015 at both Winchester Hospital Cardiology Department and days later a nurse from Basingstoke Hospital Cardiac Unit I was shown care and compassion. Despite my bad experiences I do not forget that. THEY are the NHS we want to save.

You will never meet someone who believes in the NHS more. BUT, that is why, when things are not right, we need to speak up and out. It is the bad people I have fought against, some good were caught in between them for sure. One day I hope that along with the good people in the NHS, we can stand TOGETHER and rid the NHS / GP's of anyone mistreating any vulnerable people. It is not me or people like me, who undermine it, it is the bad people.
