Based on a phone call I made to Samaritans (find out more below). Samaritans website: http://www.samaritans.org/ UK and Ireland call 116 123 I wrote this about a phone call I made to Samaritans a few years ago. This is an updated video from an original I uploaded in 2010.

If you are in crisis, or need urgent help or advice and you're in the UK or Ireland, please contact Samaritans on 116 123 I have called the Samaritans about four or five times in the past they were amazing it was at that time such a wonderful feeling to be listened to and not judged and feel like a victim and not to be blamed.
